FAQ - Orders

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We work extremely hard to process new orders as quickly as possible. Depending on when you place your order, your piece may begin production within hours of that order being received. 


Once your order has gone into production it can no longer be changed.

How long will my order take to ship?

Almost every product in our online store is made to order.

Some pieces take longer than others depending in the complexity of the design, but we try to send each order within 5 working days.

Please let us know if you need your order before a specific date and we will let you know if that is feasible.

What packaging will my order arrive in?

Each piece of jewelry comes presented in an eco-friendly black hard-case BAZK Berlin cardboard box, carefully packed with a complimentary eco-friendly cotton bag.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you require custom gift wrapping or would like us to add an individual note, please contact us to see what is possible.

Can I supply my own gold or gemstones for the piece I want to order?

We welcome you to contact us if you would like us the make something new reusing your own gold, silver or gemstones. Take a look at our bespoke collection to find out more!

FAQ - Warranties and Repairs

Does the jewelry come with a warranty?

We do not provide an official warranty for the pieces crafted therein. Nonetheless, we can assure the utmost quality of craftsmanship and encourage any concerns to be promptly addressed directly with the us. 

In the event that your jewelry requires repair, we kindly request that you first contact us before seeking assistance from any other repair professionals. Unauthorised repairs conducted by external jewellers without prior approval may render null and void any quality guarantee offered by BAZK Berlin.

My jewelry has broken, Can you repair it?

Almost always. Please get in touch  as soon as you notice your piece may be compromised. Continued wear of a potentially broken piece of jewelry can only exacerbate the damage and make it harder or more costly to repair.

My order has arrived damaged or not as described.

In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 21 days. Orders returned after 21 days may not be accepted.

Where an order has arrived damaged, faulty or not fit for use, you will be offered a complimentary repair or replacement depending on the cause of the fault.

Where an order has arrived not as described you will be offered a complimentary replacement.
